Your plan, your pace.

Life happens.
Turn the dial.

“I can’t this week.” Most apps mark the week down. Here you get a dial, and every stop on it is a way forward. Nothing is owed.

I can’t this week. Traveling Fri, Sat, Sun.

Your week changed. Turn the dial to what fits.

Drag the dial, or tap a stop.

Keep it light
One small change. That’s the whole ask.
A bit more walking on the days you’re here

The sessions that sat on Friday and Saturday are let go. Monday and Wednesday stay exactly as they are.

Or let these days go. Nothing to make up.

The dial

Every stop is a way forward.

Tell Dial what is happening and it does not mark the week down. It asks how much you want to do about it. One small change, a little more, or the whole week moved onto the days you are here. The lowest stop is a real answer, never the lesser one, and whatever you turn to expires when the week does.

The rest of the plan

Nothing changes until you turn it.

The dial is one place this shows up. When the scale slows, other apps cut your calories overnight and tell you afterwards. Dial shows you what it noticed, lays out the real options, and waits. Pick one, or stack a few, and the week adds up to exactly what you chose.

A plan you can turn is a plan you can keep.

The method

Programmed around you, not pulled off a shelf.

Your training and your meals are built from your real numbers, your equipment, and the days you can actually show up, on a system designed with a kinesiology graduate.

01

Built from your numbers

Height, weight, goal, the equipment you own, the days you are free. Your targets come from your real stats, floored so the plan is never a crash diet.

02

Backed by kinesiology

Every movement, substitution, and progression was built with an exercise-science background, so a body that has not trained in years is met where it is, safely.

03

Turns when you do

When your week changes, the dial is right there. Every stop keeps the week going, and the choice is always yours.

Coaching

A coach for the everyday. Honest about its limits.

An in-app coach handles the everyday questions the second you ask. For anything medical or clinical, it does not guess. It tells you plainly to see a qualified professional.

Opens the dial for you

Say "I am traveling Friday to Sunday" and the dial opens on the spot, set to where you usually start. "Dinner out Friday at seven" lightens that day. "I am sick" pauses everything, and nothing is owed. Real changes, not just conversation.

Knows its limits

Medication, a possible injury, mental health, anything clinical. The coach never pretends to be a doctor. It says so plainly and points you to a qualified professional rather than guessing.

Membership

The founding rate.

One membership, everything included, and free during early access. When billing opens, Dial is $30 a month; founding members lock in half that, for as long as they stay.

Questions
What is the dial?

It is what you get when the week goes sideways. Three stops, and you turn it to whichever one fits. Keep it light lets the sessions on the lost days go and adds a bit more walking on the days you are here. Stay steady adds a little lighter on carbs, with protein held. Keep the whole week moves the same sessions onto the days you are around, and changes nothing about food or steps. Under all three sits a fourth option: let these days go, nothing to make up. Whatever you turn to lasts that week only, and it never edits your standing calories, step goal, or training days.

How is the plan actually built?

From your real numbers and your real life, on programming designed with a kinesiology graduate. Your targets come from your own stats, floored so it is never a crash diet, and your training is built from the equipment you have and the days you can show up. It is not a generic template, and it changes as you do.

What does it cost? Can I cancel?

Right now, nothing: Dial is free during early access. When billing opens it will be $30 a month, and founding members lock in $15 a month, half off, for as long as their membership stays active. Month to month, no contract, and you can walk away anytime.

Can I use it without calorie suggestions or numbers?

Yes. In your Profile you can switch off every calorie-lowering suggestion, and you can hide the numbers entirely so the plan speaks in words instead.

What if I disappear for a couple of weeks?

Then you come back and the app says welcome back. There is no streak to break, nothing turns red, and your week gets rebuilt from where you actually are. The return is part of the design, not an edge case.

Is there a real coach, or is it a bot?

It's a built-in coach, and it's honest about that. It answers instantly, runs entirely on your device, and can genuinely change your plan: move training around travel, rebalance a day for a dinner out, pause things when you're sick. For anything medical or clinical, it does not guess. It tells you plainly that this is one for a qualified professional.

Do I need a gym?

No. Tell us what you have, a full gym, a couple of dumbbells, or nothing at all, and the plan is built from that. Every movement has substitutions for different equipment and starting points.

The plan that turns with your week.
